These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of auracrestynvzk.com, operated by Auracrestynvzk SpA, in compliance with applicable Chilean law.

Auracrestynvzk SpA, RUT 77.482.319-K, registered in the Santiago Commercial Registry on page 42,118 No. 21,604 of 2021, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4775, 12th Floor, Las Condes, Santiago.
2. Purpose of the site
The site provides commercial information about our real estate crowdlending platform in Chile and allows users to request contact through a form. Subscription to specific projects takes place outside the site, through individual contracts with their own terms.
3. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the site lawfully and not to engage in conduct that could harm the site, its infrastructure or the rights of Auracrestynvzk SpA and third parties.
4. Project information
Information about projects is provided for reference only. Estimated returns do not constitute a promise of profitability. Any investment in real estate involves risks, including the possible total or partial loss of capital.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, images, logos and trademarks on the site belong to Auracrestynvzk SpA or are used with permission. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is forbidden.
6. Limitation of liability
Auracrestynvzk SpA is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the site, reasonable technical interruptions or information published by linked third parties.

We may modify these terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the changes.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice based in the city of Santiago.
