We collect the data you choose to share through the contact form (name, email and message), together with limited technical data such as IP address, browser and visited pages when you authorise the use of analytics cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to respond to enquiries about real estate crowdlending projects, send the information you request, comply with legal obligations and, where you authorise it, show you relevant ads on Google Ads and partner platforms.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent, the performance of contractual relationships and compliance with regulatory obligations applicable to collective financing platforms in Chile.
5. Retention
Data from the contact form is retained for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact. Data linked to financial transactions is retained for the period required by Chilean tax and anti-money-laundering regulations.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers offering hosting, analytics or customer service, always under confidentiality agreements and strictly to the extent necessary.
