How are profits distributed?
At the end of the project, once targets are met, profits are split proportionally to the capital contributed, after construction and administration costs detailed in the contract.
What happens if a project is delayed?
Each project includes contingency clauses, guarantees and a maximum deadline. We keep investors informed of any timeline adjustment.
Is the platform regulated in Chile?
We operate under the current Chilean regulation for collective financing platforms and apply anti-money-laundering policies in accordance with Law No. 19,913.
